Satoshi Yagisawa's often-dramatic concert band works are not only played in his homeland of Japan, but also throughout Asia and around the world. The commission for this work in fact came from Taiwan, upon which Yagisawa drew inspiration from the traditional hunting songs of the Taroko, a people native to Eastern Taiwan. Dur: 6:40
